Streaming Data Processing: Streaming Data Pipelines Reviews

Again, one of the last tasks could not be completed: Meaning that button returned a text like "It doesn't look like you've completed this step yet. Try again". It's not the first time it occurs in a lab and it's quite annoying. Please, try to fix this errors

There are a number of issues with this lab. When running the scripts on the training_vm the service account doesn't have permissions for pub/sub, dataflow, or bigquery apis. Took me a bit to figure out which services needed permissioning. Also, the currentConditions pipeline started without errors, but never created the currentConditions table even though I waited for 5-10 minutes.
