It's good, but it's too narrow in its focus on giving exact instructions for specific steps without hardly ever explaining why, or under what circumstances a certain step is completed or an option is chosen. For example, we had to disable and reenable the API...is that always a necessary step, or only for some specific reason here? A small note explaining that would really help deepen understanding of the full functionality of GCP and how all the pieces interact.
