The error message said central1-a ran out of resources and to try another zone or try later. I do not find this a good introduction to Google.

Unfortunately the lab didn't work for me. After several attempts to create a dataflow pipeline in the suggested region but continuing to get resource exhausted errors, I created a new pipeline in a different region that started running successfully, however it never managed to push any data through to BQ so I couldn't continue with the rest of the lab.

Step 3 setting up dataflow asked for a billing account and then would not let me activate either account. The directions were not clear on what should have happened or what I was to do.

Dataflow failed with error Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-a failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'streaming-taxi-pipeline-06140742-kvm4-harness-jn2c' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-bc098af6f2f0/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later. Also, the looker studio API was disabled.
