Creating a Streaming Data Pipeline for a Real-Time Dashboard with Dataflow Reviews

No data got ingested into the topic, and hence DataFlow could not push data to BQ. This exercise does not have steps to debug if the data does now show up after waiting for 5mins to run dataflow job.
