The topic doesn't have any message. The Dataflow pipeline never completes. I tried twice, the first time it ran for 18 minutes(but didn't do anything, neither succeeded, nor failed, and no message was pushed to the Bigquery table). 2nd time I ran another pipeline but even after running for 10 minutes, it didn't transfer any data to BigQuery Table. There is no data on the topic
