Dataflow never put any data into the BigQuery table despite recreating the job???

The content is interesting, howerver we don't understand why we do some steps (like creating dataflow pipeline). Besides, I had problems as my flow didn't work well so I couldn't see the results in the big query table (I followed all the steps)
