failure on project-id with no reason why and crash, unimpressed. still not working.

I created 4 jobs, each of which failed due to the target zone us-central1-a having insufficient resources to create any worker. I then switched to us-west1 so the job ran...and ran...and ran without any data being put into the BQ table I had created. So this was not a useful exercise other than following instructions.
