BigQuery table remained empty even after the dataflow was running for 15 minutes

when waiting for data to flow to the table i waited for more than 15 minutes. i repeated the lab for 3 times however i didn't work until i used an external command to make a subscription to the topic. also the instructions without screenshots are terrible and misleading when searching for buttons and other widgets in webpage. it was tedious.
