after task 3 no data appears despite doing everything well

I was prompted to select a country when I first opened the cloud console. I selected a country that's not the US and as a result I didn't get any data coming into Bigquery. Another point is there is no explanation to why the dataflow job needed to be stooped before creating the looker studio dashboards. Leaving it very questionable wether the dashboard is realtime or not.
