I could not get th task 4th (Onwards) done as Dataflow pipeline did not move data to Bigquery even after waiting for 23 minutes

The topic doesn't have any message. The Dataflow pipeline never completes. I tried twice, the first time it ran for 18 minutes(but didn't do anything, neither succeeded, nor failed, and no message was pushed to the Bigquery table). 2nd time I ran another pipeline but even after running for 10 minutes, it didn't transfer any data to BigQuery Table. There is no data on the topic
