dataflow job cannot write to BQ table. I am trying 5th time

Dataflow job did not pull data from pub/sub topic. Had to create a new dataflow job to pull the data directly from pub/sub subscription. I lost time whilst waiting for the dataflow job to pull data into BigQuery.
