dataflow didn't work it took more then 20 minutes and it didn't work at all

It did not work as per the direction. There is no data coming from pub/sub into bigquery. It feels like there are no messages in pub/sub

Some parts of the lab instruction are different from the actual operation because of the minor UI change. The introduction/guideline also lacks some pictures which are necessary for beginners. In the last practice, I failed to go through authorization with the account for this Lab.
