could not connect streaming data to big query

The streaming taxi pipeline is unable to complete. On first try waited 5 mins or so. Second attempt lasted 10 min and pipeline is still running. Suspect some issues on the pipeline

I followed the insctructions to the teeth (twice), but at no point (even after waiting about 20 minutes) was there any Data in the "realtime" table.
