1) "Restart the connection to the Dataflow API." step seems weird and it's not explained why I should do it. Is it something specific to how Qwiklabs create resources or is this something that has to be done when we first start working with Dataflow (which would be even weirder). 2) Following instructions from "8. Create a time series chart" I am not able to create an expected result of proper time series dashboard. The step with 'type' selection is unavailable.
