Publishing 'Pub/Sub Topic' to BigQuery did not raise any error but no data was populated. BigQuery Table was always empty

Doesn't work. The pipeline never loads data to the table, so starting from step 4 the whole lab fails completely. The UI seems to have changed too. The whole thing is a disaster.
