Remind lab users that they need to add the project id to the main.tf file. otherwise they will get lost in stack overflow and have a bad time.

A waste of time since the instructions don't work as expected. I copied the code to verify that I didn't have any typos. My guess is something isn't provisioned right in the GCP environment. e.g. the billing account, so it doesn't allow this account to provision
