Truly the worst lab I've had to deal with to date. Either the instructions were bad, or the product is faulty. Following the instructions produced no results. When told to enter my project ID in a name, the software told me there were illegal characters. When trying to run the queries, there was never any data to display. I waited more than twenty minutes. This was a waste of my time, and I'm considering abandoning the course.
