when I close the Looker and click "Explore" to start again from bigquery, it popped up an error window to complain that I don't have access to the reports and prompt me to the report list in looker.

The Pub/Sub didn't actually stream any data in and so I saw now data in my BQ query. Likewise, I couldn't access Looker Studio (couldn't find it and it wasn't available). Lastly because I had no data, I couldn't do much of the Tasks 7 or 8.
