No .boto file without gcloud init. What does this mean: In this case, only the previous command is necessary to re-authorize.

Under "Step 11: Verify changed access" the project IDs in the summary need to be swapped "In this example the VM in PROJECT_ID_2 now has the ability to" -And- "...it will not be billed to PROJECT_ID_2, but instead to PROJECT_ID (The shared access bucket lab steps are to configure the second VM in PROJECT_ID and the shared bucket and service account in PROJECT_ID_2.)
