The .boto file does not exist as expressed in the lab. Simply creating it with the provided text doesn't work, which requires the student to research boto and figure out the proper location and formatting for the section of the .boto file. Also, the very end of the lab text about billing is contradictory and could cause confusion. It asis the project where the bucket is created is the billing project, but then it says if the VM uploads a ton of files, it will not be billed to Project 2. But Project 2 is where the bucket was created.

You don't need to hit save IAM roles, and there does not appear to be a save button anymore
