The preparation step gcloud init did not show up with any projects to be managed by storecore service account.

The content was generally great. There is a small issue however, The .boto file was missing by default so it took some time to find the boto file structure and put the proper header in place before the encryption_key so that gsutil is capable to parse it correctly.

Lab took about 90 minutes not 60 so it really needs a longer lab environment time than 1:15. Had to redo some steps in a second attempt to finish

.boto file doesn't exist on the created VMs or it's at a location unspecified in the instructions. I couldn't complete a number of the exercises that required modifying that file.
