There first time "gcloud init" is presented, it's presented as if it only needs to be run if the gcloud SDK is not pre-installed. However, it /needs/ to be run if the rest of the lab is to work. The .boto file referenced in the next step is only created when 'gcloud init' is run.

I think it's missing something saying at the beginnin to first select project 1 (it's actually true for all the other labs as well). Maybe it used to default it and now it's not the case anymore? Apart from that, I have seen a couple of things in this lab that are not up to date, and a mistake at the Step 11 of "Cross Project sharing" -> Step 5 says to change back to Project 1 to create the VM, so at step 11, Project_Id_1 and Project_Id_2 are interverted.

this is a horrible lab way too long. The instructions are not well explained and it seems to conatins a lot of low level details that are pointless.
