On command line steps with lines that are meant to be entered separately, it'd be more useful for the unfamiliar if the text in the code boxes was separated with an extra line between each to make it clearer that they are to be entered separately. Or an instruction pointing it out might be just as helpful.

Lab was interesting, but a few comments: 1) Why don't we use service accounts assigned to the VMs rather than upload json file and auth it with? It would be both smoother, and follows best practices 2) Should add demo on how to wrap keys in CloudKMS. Storing raw encryption keys in a text file on disk is a very bad practice.
