In Deploy the Cloud Function In Cloud Shell, deploy the Cloud Function: after you run : gcloud functions deploy unused_ip_function --trigger-http --runtime=nodejs8 it is asked : "Allow unauthenticated invocations of new function" but it is not explain in the tutorial which should be the answer to that question

when deploying the function, GCP warns that nodejs v8 is deprecated, more importantly errors stating user has no permissions to cloud storage, this is solved with "gcloud services enable storage-api.googleapis.com".
