cloud scheduler location error

Error when executing command: gcloud scheduler jobs create http unused-ip-job --schedule="* 2 * * *" --uri=$FUNCTION_URL I had to create a job in Cloud Scheduler tab manually. Please fix this command in tutorial.

1/12/22 - Errors encountered in Create App Engine Application & Create schedular to delete unused ip. However, the function was executed since the unused ip was deleted and used ip remained after I checked at the end.
