Clean Up Unused IP Addresses Reviews

The code of the actual script does not match with the explanation of the code. The way the age of the IP is calculated seems to be changed in the code and not in the explanation.

Il y a une erreur dans les consignes. La commande suivante n'est pas possible car nodejs8 n'est pas une runtime possible, il faut remplacer nodejs8 par nodejs18 par exemple gcloud functions deploy unused_ip_function --trigger-http --runtime=nodejs8
