gcloud functions deploy migrate_storage --trigger-http --runtime=python37 this installation was not going through so i had to do it the other way. anyway thanks for putting a lot of effort :)

I had an error at the last step when deploying the python37 code, also pip-dependency removal did not help

Cloud Functions の 関数の deploy がコードサンプルそのままだとうまく実行できなかった。 --- ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 15) and googleapis-common-protos==1.5.3 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies. The conflict is caused by: The user requested googleapis-common-protos==1.5.3 google-api-core 1.31.4 depends on googleapis-common-protos<2.0dev and >=1.6.0
