I ran into an issue when deploying the function with "gcloud functions deploy migrate_storage --trigger-http --runtime=python37" . The shell returned " ERROR: (gcloud.functions.deploy) OperationError: code=3, message=Function failed on loading user code. This is likely due to a bug in the user code.
