the lab is weird, it has a separate sections on monitoring (creating charts to see that one of the buckets gets traffic) and the other one how to call a cloud function with an arbitrary .json containing info that some bucket is underutilized. It would make more sense to either explain how monitoring can generate such an event or actually move a bucket to a higher response storage type after receiving an incident indicating it generates a lot of traffic. So while the commands work this lab has little sense from the architecture and usecases point of view
