Region is exhausted" is not a feature, it's a bug. I spent half the lab hunting for a zone that would actually accept my VM. The BigQuery queries could've been run from the shell from the start instead of sending me to dig through the UI. 0/10 for infrastructure reliability, 5/10 for content.
