Configuring and Viewing Cloud Audit Logs Reviews

When sink is created, some of the field was not populated. I think it's related to existence of VM resource. Anyway, it's no big deal to me but it would be a big hurdle for learner

Got the BigQuery stuff to work the second time I did this lab. I tried a few different things, but I think what worked was setting the logging service account to project owner. Not secure, but it seemed to actually get the logs to populate in BQ.
