The code for checking if the doc exists gave an error. I tried reloading and it submitted the form again. It did process the submission just duplicated. I copied your code over. Worked fine later so maybe just glitching out (sometimes code doesn't work right the first time). Change nothing and had no problems outside of 2 hamlets.
