did not get past the provisioning of resources - no time indication or progress bar either. After retry was able to get in, however, wasn't able to successfully resolve the Login error as per the lab instructions - after following all the steps I still encountered the access error.

There were 2 URIs that got assigned by Cloud Run and hence setting up of redirect_uri was confusing and did not open the right url. I had to go and verify the cloud run and see the 2 urls and add them into the Add URIs section to make it work.
