Command to generate the redirect URI for the live env is different than the redirect uri the code places as the redirect uri param when trying to authorize. I had to pull the correct redirect uri from the logs and then go back and add it to the credentials

Select the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), and then select More Products > Operations > Logging > Logs Explorer. It's observability and not Operations There is no For Severity, click Reported Errors Just Errors Again Select the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), and then select More Products > Operations > Trace > Trace explorer.
