At the query to insert values into a table, the operation failed as it said I needed to turn on billing services. Continued with the lab and completed so no impact to my completion.

INSERT statement doesn't work due to error: "billing is not enabled for this project". Had to re-create the "site_wide_promotion" table using a custom SELECT query

INSERT INTO ecommerce.site_wide_promotion (discount) VALUES (.04), (.03); Error: Billing has not been enabled for this project. Enable billing at https://console.cloud.google.com/billing. DML queries are not allowed in the free tier. Set up a billing account to remove this restriction.
