Set up a billing account to remove this restriction" in the "INSERT INTO ecommerce.site_wide_promotion (discount) VALUES (.04), (.03); " step. I hat to use this instead: "#standardSQL CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE ecommerce.site_wide_promotion AS ( SELECT .05 AS discount UNION ALL SELECT .04 AS discount UNION ALL SELECT .03 AS discount ) "
