I had to click enable HTTP and manual force a switch from https://<ip address> to http://<ip address> If not I would have been stuck here: This site can’t be reached <ip address> refused to connect. the cloud engine failed for the first attempt to create the LAMP Stack. When retried, the Lab never checkeda the running stack as correct,but it was actually deployed
