At the beginning of the lab the instruction tells that it's possible to create a BigQuery instance in any Region (US or EU) but if you create it in EU you cannot import data stored in a bucket created in US. The cool thing is that in previous labs and modules we learned how to use bucket. so I created a bucket in EU and copied data from one bucket to another. So I was able to import the data to my bigquery instance. Hope this could help to improve instruction or other students. :)

CSV file not available on GS when the dataset is created in the EU! Lab becomes useless from then on.
