Configuring IAM Permissions with gcloud Reviews

Commands provided to install sdk does not work as it is incompatible with python 2. It wasted a lot of lab time to fix that.

doesn't have latest Python y/google-cloud-sdk/install.sh Welcome to the Google Cloud CLI! ERROR: Python 2 is not compatible with the Google Cloud SDK. Please use Python version 3.5 and up.
