While trying to connect to the vm instance I was getting error - Permission Denied(Public Key) I tried restarting the cloud shell but still same issue

All worked fine, Cloud NAT logs were populated with a bit longer delay and a bit not the way that I expected (as there was no new connection using the same 'apth-get update' command). Just used different command to get the real event logged.

Continuously fails at the Create the VM instance with no public IP address task. Unknown error.

One more time the pitfall: the default seitting enable-oslogin=true hinders the login with SSH key, from the Shell as well as from the Console.
