The quick start file (https://storage.googleapis.com/cloud-bigtable/quickstart/GoogleCloudBigtable-Quickstart-0.9.5.1.zip) was not accessible, so I cloned the repo (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-bigtable-examples/tree/master/quickstart) and worked. Though you might want to check it out and perhaps update it?
