I think it would be good to have context about how often we do these activities in anthem and what the challenges are? How we maintain ensure consistency, etc? Maybe how many people are involved? How automated/templated is the current process. Most of the lab difficult is around navigation - maybe a screen shot would help with that so we can spend more time on what we are doing.
