The critical element to copy into the rule definition is the Elastic IP *identifier*, not the elastic IP address itself. The AWS UI papered over the issue nicely though. There were a couple of spelling mistakes in the text of the lab. There were no _actions_ in the lab, only flipping through readouts; not great for prompting recall points with kinaesthetic learning.
