Could use some more clarification on the distinction between instances in a subnet being able to reach the Internet and traffic from the Internet being able to reach those instances; the two seemed conflated at times.

Very Good ... luckily I have some background in the required understanding of certain concepts and standards. Someone with no experience would have been lost to understanding ... although quite capable to perform the required tasks.
