script is broken and no python scripts cannot be executed without exception. pip is not possible to run . run pip3 instead... there is no integration test?

Suggested python library versions and python versions in current Cloud shell to not work together. pip and python commands refer to python 2.7 and pip3 and python3 to python 3.10 which is not supported by apache-beam[dataframe] and this makes the Dataflow job fail
