gcloud app deploy ~/appengine/start/frontend/app.yaml を行った際に ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) INVALID_ARGUMENT: You may not have more than 10 total instances in your project. というエラーが発生する。 AppEngineのダッシュボードを作成しても「Welcom to App Engine」のページが出るだけになってしまう。
