I am not sure if your system got an error, it was not possible to correct the Service name and configre ID to me, otherwise, I am pretty sure I would have been passing through

Buggy config, metadata instructions not clear and the service account doesn't have enough rights to deploy a cloud function. Please update the tutorial (took me 2 tries to figure out the omissions)
