This lab installs the latest node js, but that causes issues. it needs to use 22.5.1, not 22.7.0 for the prepar script to succeed

error in "prepare_environment.sh" I was able to complete the lab by replacing 'nvm install node' with 'nvm install 20.10.0' 'nvm use 20.10.0'
