Not very well explained and at the end I wasn't able to see my API being called from the External IP, I always get "method does not exists"

Was getting a little confusing what / where we were supposed to be working. Seemed to be ok until using external IP from compute engine. Couldn't get beyond message": "Method does not exist."...even when adding suggested extended URL path...

Why not just editing the JSON File instead of using some interactive shell stuff to enter the data?!?
