App Dev - Deploying an API for the Quiz Application: Node.js Reviews

Clunky and partially did not work. Had to re-deploy the VM since the metadata values did not get created properly on first attempt. Adding them afterwards did not work, even after starting/stopping the VM. Killing it and spinning up a new one was the only thing that worked.
